While the content is mostly good, this podcast is hard to listen to because they don’t appear to have anyone on their team that understands the importance of the quality of broadcasting. They sorely need an engineer that can help them with this. Also, they need a speech coach that can help them improve their broadcast voices. Ethan, for example, swallows his words and can be unintelligible sometimes. Slow down and speak your words clearly.

Too much glass half full perspective which prevents them from accepting objectively true and valid criticism about the fall from grace the organization has seen. More time is spent criticizing the perspective of fans and online accounts than the decision makers of the franchise themselves. Fantastic people and hardworking people and good people all across this podcast however for sure, and they care to deliver vast topics and ideas for the fans to hear which is appreciated!

I used to really enjoy this network, but lately, it feels like emotions get in the way of objective analysis—especially when it comes to the Heat. The younger hosts bring a fresh perspective, but some of the others tend to be overly defensive when any criticism comes up.
