  • love this podcast! It’s been really helpful

I have really enjoyed this podcast and I look forward to it every week I love the meditation at the beginning and the guests jade brings on are great. The podcast is so helpful! I feel like an episode with Jaycie’s diary, Ro Mitchell, or Niamh Mackinnon would be good, I feel like they have a similar vibe.
