There is no better way to understand what someone else is going through than by hearing directly from them. This podcast gives the opportunity to really listen and learn about the immigrant experience and the impacts, both good and bad, everyday interactions can have on how someone feels about immigrating to the United States. Listening builds compassion, and this podcast certainly achieves that.
Really eye-opening introduction to the story of immigration! My main takeaway was how similar we all are & how we want the same basic things for ourselves & our family, no matter from where we come. Fernanda is not only courageous & ambitious, she is inspiring!
