  • Push-payment fraud & Online Scams w/ Chris Ainsley (Santander Bk)

Great show to remind people that there doesn’t need to be something new to cause more pain. The automation can amplify and accelerate crime.

  • Similar to the ACAMS webinars, they use a lot of words while basically offering no actual information. Final straw was the most recent episode on right wing extremism. I came here to learn more about money laundering, not to listen to political propaganda or advertisements for AML software. I am unsubscribing and wouldn't not recommend you waste your time here if you wanted to actually learn. Try the CAFP.

  • Kleptopia / Tom Burgis Episode is great...

Nice and short. Great point on front companies and the half-cut measure of bringing in beneficial ownership legislation. Big love for compliance officers and photocopiers.

  • Scant on Details

Even as an ACAMS member, I am often confused as to the cases they are talking about as there is no background presented to the listener despite the years of investigations that each presented case undergoes. I would appreciate a longer show that delves into the background of the case so that I have context. Otherwise, I’m a third wheel joining a conversation that has been going for years and I have no idea where to pick it up.
