This podcast is wonderful for those with open minds or those who are trying to be more open-minded. I have gained so many life lessons and new perspectives from listening to Ben and Kami. One of my goals for last year was to work on genuinely understanding thoughts and ideas that are different from my own. I found myself harshly judging “the other side” without putting in any effort to understand. Listening to this podcast has helped me grow. I get to witness Ben and Kami consider multiple sides... more
I like how you have shared your story from beginning to present and still working on how to better your family dynamics for everyone to feel included. We all have options and your open to hear others but your confident in your growing beliefs. Hope you have more to share at least once a month if it works out with all the endeavors your family is involved in. Thank you.
This podcast is...gold. The thought and understanding of this podcast is beyond what a lot of adults think. It’s so good to see this couple and relationship understand the challenges, struggles, and happiness to the importance of family relationships. The way they are able to look back at their parenting and mindset and grow is something truly special. You guys never fail to make me think outside of the the norms. You are only able to do the things you make yourself do. If you want to hike the ... more
This project done together and the built in accountability in the delivery of it is such an exercise of truth telling and deep introspective work that heals, grows, challenges and cultivates such trust and honesty.
The parenting journey is such a time of personal growth and accountability. This kind of deep digging and thinking into how, and why we do and say things is the good work we need to do to become and raise better people. It is the work that challenges the status quo and cultivates s... more
I love following your ever evolving story! I am now open to seeing how change, though a fright at first, can lead to much better things! Your family is awesome and I thank you for sharing your journey!
This is a fantastic podcast, I love the honesty and shameless-ness when talking about sensitive and controversial topic. Thank you Ben and Kami, keep it up!
I often find myself wishing all my podcasts were as candid as this one. This parental duo gives me and my husband a plethora of topics to discuss and encourages us to parent by our convictions. We identify with so much of what they say, and we love getting to hear more of their thoughts in each episode.
I find your family mission so fascinating. Always an interesting listening and watching experience.
I admire Kami so much for her patience and understanding. I watch religiously on YouTube. Ben has given me great ideas to help mold our family business into a more stable environment, but Kami totally resonates with my brain. I feel lucky to have a window to her insights. Thank you!
I don’t care about what Ben constantly says is that this podcast is low production quality. The quality of the content and thought provoking conversations about family and God are helping me rethink and intentionally invest In my own family in new and meaningful ways.
I really appreciate the honest and candid discussions, and the real life stories and applications Ben and Kami bring to the podcast. They bring up a lot of interesting points of view (some theirs, some from books or articles written by others) and I enjoy how much these episodes always leave me to think about and sometimes even reconsider. One of my favorite podcasts for sure!
I don't have much in common with Kami and Ben, but I still enjoy listening to their conversations on various topics. I recommned listening with an open mind. I might not agree with a lot of their statements or views but I love their honesty! After lisntening to all of their podcasts i'm looking forward to the second season.
My wife introduced me to you guys last year when you guys hiked the AT and that was very entertaining. Lots of respect for you guys on finishing the trail. This Podcast seems to allow me to really understand how you guys view things a lot more than the videos. Seeing others views and the evaluation of it on subjects like religion and sex is good to hear. This has started a few good conversations between my wife and I. We both feel it’s good to hear others prospectives on a broad view of topics. ... more
