  • Definitely the best technically

Been listening for years and takes a different approach to all other nrl podcasts can’t fault Lewis other than he finds it hard to have positivity around my dogs for the last 8-12mnths.

  • 5th and Last, best league podcast out there

Love the unbiased sound analysis. No favorites played with great insights. Lewis is good on his own but even better when Timmy Witt joins. Congratulations to Brock and the career he is building. Thanks for giving up your time to provide this great content

  • Sad decline.

Less about footy and more about gambling. Old format was great but understand things change with work and such. However I can’t listen to them only talk about lines and first try scorer… sorry boys!

  • Ok, but used to be better

I used to love listening to this show, but it’s definitely not what it used to be.

Seems like the entire thing revolves around gambling now. Seriously, who would bother betting on footy? Most people couldn’t care less about who the first try scorer is, or what “the line” is for every single preview.

Go back to basics and just chat about the footy and this will massively improve. They seem like good blokes and know their stuff.

Rule Changes, Lomax, Listener Questions, Signings/News & Trials Week 1 (2026)
Q: Which teams benefit the most from the rule changes and does it even the NRL competition?
The kickoff rule could bring teams slightly closer, but the better teams, especially defensively disciplined ones would still rise to the top.
Round 8 Review & Round 9 Preview with Lewis (2024)
Q: How do you view the performance of the Penrith Panthers in the context of their recent player absences?
Even without star players, Penrith continues to find ways to win due to their solid defensive strategies and contributions from their remaining squad members, showcasing their depth and resilience.
Round 8 Review & Round 9 Preview with Lewis (2024)
Q: What are your thoughts on the South Sydney Rabbitohs' current coaching situation?
The handling of the situation has been poor, with much of the blame placed on coach JD, despite potential recruitment and retention issues being at play. There seems to be a lack of accountability from higher management.
