從一開始聊失戀、分手與親密關係，到後來一路打開更多面向：心理學、醫學、性、家庭、在地文化、民俗信仰、自我理解，以及人與人之間那些說不清、卻很影響生命的細節。
這一集，我們想跟大家聊聊第四季的新計畫。

第一次留言就獻給分手的99個理由了，之前一直是陸陸續續的跳集，慢慢地再從最新往後聽，到這集從開頭就頻頻點頭，初期症狀開始講我就忍不住心裡吶喊我的媽呀，胡咪老師太會形容跟舉例了，我好像看到以前我的心理狀態，還有對方會說的話也如出一徹，還沒聽完就想先來留言，真的太厲害了，雖然讓我有這種感受的對象到現在我還是在相處的狀態，但至少自己慢慢察覺了，很喜歡這個節目，不論是觀點還是學會好好說話在這裡都感到受益良多，謝謝胡咪老師跟vito大叔
