    I have struggled for years with eating enough calories to build muscle. It feels overwhelming to try to eat clean and eat enough. I love Kristen’s ideas for quick healthy foods to keep in the house. Even as I was listening to her talk, the pressure of cooking went away, as I realized I can just do something quick from the freezer or have bulk snacks on hand.
