  • A great resource for moms with daughters in sports!

    Just listened to the menstruation episode and OMG! So good! Where was the period proof workout gear when I was on the cross country team in high school? That would have saved me from so much anxiety and stress.

    Love the information for female athletes in general too. This is a great resource for the moms of girls in sports.
