As someone whose been on a “weight loss struggle” for decades and with ongoing body image struggles, even when quite fit, this is the first podcast that spe... more

  • A brilliant listen

I’m a relatively new listener, but I’m really enjoying the show. It’s so good to hear another guy talking honestly about his weight and examining the reasons why some of us struggle with our eating habits and our self-esteem. Thank Mordechai (and team!)!
