Mein neues Zeitalter besteht daraus, dass sich in meinem Bekanntenkreis zw. 35-45, akademisches Umfeld, normaler Job in der Wirtschaft, 3 Kinder… nahezu alle aus den sozialen Medien im weitesten Sinn verabschiedet haben: kein Instagram, Facebook oder YouTube.
Und damit normalisiert sich so vieles: kein ozempic, kein lookmaxxing, keine Insta Hypes. Sondern ein völlig normales Leben
