Howabout releasing the pod on the same day every week
Not a clue! Chris’s refusal to learn how to work a simple app is stubbornness personified but like him I’m a maverick (template teams are boring) - Ally attendance is a concern but not as much as ‘the experts’ punctuality - tips aplenty (but less than 50% useful) Sutton Death and ‘The Clinic’ are highlights #RelegateThemAll
Love the pod but frustrating I cannot listen to the you’re better than that Christmas ep. It doesn’t load but all other episodes are fine.
The pod itself is alright, still think there’s better out there, but the advice from the presenters (esp ABB and SMD) is ridiculous.
Not sure how many times I’ve listened to the pod, only to listen the next week and hear they haven’t taken any of their own advice. Is this designed to help people, or try and throw people off!? The show blends high-energy fantasy football analysis with strong banter, crowd engagement, and recurring mini-games that drive weekly competition (notably Sutton Death). Episodes center on strategy for end-of-season gameweeks, captain choices, transfers, and chip usage, while hosting guests from football, broadcasting, and cross-sport backgrounds to widen perspectives. A distinctive trait is the confident mix of data-driven takes with personality-driven humor, making tactical content approachable via entertaining debates and audience-involvement segments. This mix likely attracts listeners who want both practical FPL tips and lighthearted, propulsive banter from a UK-based football culture lens. The format's recurring guests and crossovers... more
