本期节目，让我们来聊聊F1学院——一个专门为女性车手建立的职业赛车进阶体系。它的出现改写了传统赛车历史，证明了女性车手同样能驾驭引擎、驰骋赛道。

像阿尔茨海默症、帕金森痴呆、渐冻症、心脑血管疾病等老年人常见的慢性病，不仅影响患者长期的生活质量，也改变了患者背后整个家庭的生活方式。并且，这样的经历由于小众、私密，是其他人很难了解和共情到的。以林曙颖Emily创建的“爱米粒认知症家属互助会”为代表的慢性病家属同盟组织，可以有效把面临相似困境的家属团结在一起，成为家属们释放压力、分担困难、找寻理解、共情以及成功经验的桃花源。国外也有体系更加成熟的慢性病互助机构。让我们走进慢性病，关注老年人和他们背后家属的不易。

- 有些音效太刺耳了
一直很喜欢在起床后听放晴公园来唤醒头脑，但是有一个问题，那就是有一些音效过于刺耳了，最突出的就是章节之间的「鸟鸣声」；以及开头的倒水声其实也有些刺耳。
由于早晨都是一遍洗漱、烧饭一遍听的，为了听清播客内容，音量会开得比较大，这时候这些音效就会尤其刺耳！希望可以换一些音效，或者单独把这些音效的音量调低一些。
