    最近更新频率好像低了。之前一天50分钟左右的内容(最早是一段50多分钟,后来变成2段,每段25分钟左右)。最近怎么变成一天一段或者三天两段了……我通勤路上每天都听的,听好几年了。现在都不够听了。都在翻之前未播放的了。

    另外,如果可以提供一下稿子最好了,哪怕是AI记录的,有些词还是听不出来,这样便于学习。
