Wonderful delivery and format- exploring issues that i think everyone can relate to. Rachel and Roy dig into some really interesting concepts and bring it to a practical level through great stories and anecdotes.

Incredible practical, science based conversations, compassion, love, family oriented talks.
I’ve listened to every episode and all are filled with nuggets (boulders!) of wisdom. Rachel’s questions are spot on, the guests are brilliant/insightful/helpful, the format works so well. I think about the advice and insights regularly while I’m parenting, and recommend episodes to my husband. Keep going!
