    I usually look forward to this show. Especially how sharp and funny the co hosts and guests are. BUT the hate they showed to Meghan Sussex was off putting. Especially since I too love bird song and cook, can, and garden.

    I appreciate everything Dave does behind the scenes (and for game time) but I don’t think he should be on the main show. Tara and Sarah are excellent hosts because they have a long career in television journalism and commentary so when they talk about TV they analyze its components, the mechanics behind the components, and its context in TV history. To me, this elevates the podcast from a simple “I did/did not like it” review show. When Dave talks about tv, it’s almost always in terms of his li... more

    i listened to EHG nonstop during my graduate school days nearly a decade ago. at some point life got busy, new podcasts filled up my feed, and i fell off. seeking comfort in the last few months, i came back here. hearing tara, sarah, and david again was like reuniting with old friends. but unlike how some of those interactions go, it’s nice to see the team has grown in a similar trajectory to me. the tv insight is always great, but i also appreciate their regular focus on uplifting mutual aid gr... more
