  • 🙄🙄😴🧌poorly done podcast: just no

This story is very interesting but the host is insufferable. He rambles on without focus and I won’t be listening to this podcast, even though I was excited to. No doubt the family is extremely troubled and ill. The host forgets that criminality is a type of illness, a lack of empathy. He sounds like he’s full of glee discussing Donna and I can’t stomach the misogynistic tone, even if she’s guilty af. I feel for the victim and all victims of family court: it’s a corrupt system. The podcast would... more

  • Too many ads!!!!

I really wanna hear the news on what’s going on with this case but there are so many ads that you get about five minutes of information and the rest is ads. Also, the host makes everything so dramatic.

  • Dan Rashbaum isn’t the atty

Just listened to the May episode. You said that on May 1, Dan Rashbaum asked for a delay. He’s not Donna’s attorney. I’m so confused. You keep talking about Dan Rashbaum. You also said “Dan Rashbaum told the jury.” There is no jury! What are you talking about??

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Who Else Was Part Of The Conspiracy To Kill Dan Markel?
Q: Could prosecutors revisit evidence or pursue a do-over on Charlie or Donna if an appeal is granted?
A do-over or retrial could be possible if appellate findings suggest significant trial issues; however, vindictive prosecution concerns and legal safeguards would weigh heavily against punitive actions solely in response to appeals.
Who Else Was Part Of The Conspiracy To Kill Dan Markel?
Q: Would Harvey be easier to pursue than Donna, given proximity and potential charges like aiding and abetting?
Harvey could present more crystallized charges, such as aiding and abetting or concealing, but prosecutors face the challenge of proving specific knowledge and intent, which may be harder despite closer proximity to the crime and actions like booking travel.
Who Else Was Part Of The Conspiracy To Kill Dan Markel?
Q: In these types of situations, do you think they are going to be compelled to make an announcement one way or the other?
The response is likely to be guided by optics; not making a big PR statement can be more advantageous than a dramatic update, especially if there isn't new evidence. The focus may instead be on quietly letting cases progress or letting the public perceive momentum without grand publicized updates.
Are Wendi And Harvey Adelson Going To Live Free Forever?!
Q: So Eric, in these types of situations where the public has a big expectation of something happening, do you think they're going to be compelled to make an announcement one way or the other?
The guest suggests that prosecutors balance optics with justice; a big public update may be less beneficial than a measured approach that avoids an unsatisfying non-update and public pressure.
Wendi Freezes, Robert Speaks: The Adelson Kids Break Silence | 2025 True Crime
Q: Do the parents get insight?
Generally not when they're that extreme. They often turn it into a victim story about how their kids aren't appreciating everything that they've done for them.
