  • Everyday Leadership - a real platform for change

It was truly humbling to be invited by the wonderful Sope Agbelusi to be interviewed on his brilliant podcast ‘Everyday Leadership’. He managed to draw out of me so many memories, thoughts, and motivations from my childhood, career, and personal moments through his quietly inquisitive style, provocations, and reflections - many that I hadn’t surfaced for several years. So I do hope my story resonates for some people in a useful way, and thank you Sope for being such an inspiring, professional, a... more

  • Amazing podcast for anyone interested in leaders and what makes them authentic

I have listened to this podcast since Matt Phelan episode dropped. This is on my go to list. Then to be able to be a guest myself, with a host who makes a conversation so easily. Loved the experience. Sope is a genuine person and each episode features so many gems. Highly recommend keeping a notebook next to you when you listen to each episode.

  • Too many gems in the John spencer episode

Great podcast overall, but the John spencer podcast shone bright for me.

Never realised how much of my personal principles align with what the army teaches 😅. When he said “Every piece of information I was recording was an attempt to help me control chaos” I felt that !!
