I finally checked though so here I am to lick your balls (that’s a popular English phrase right?). Seriously, though. Like I’ve heard many others say about you guys helping them during dark times that is so true for me the last 2-3 years. Genuinely funny. Great chemistry. Insightful. Oh and really funny again. This show is a comfort listen with two best friends discussing and ranting about movies. I am hoping they do EVERY movie so they stay around for awhile.
I always come back to this show because I know it’s going to be a good time. Excellent movie reviews and good laughs.
Five stars!
Hilarious, insightful, silly and serious perfectly mixed to make this an hour every week I really look forward to.
Genuinely insightful and fun film knowledge without the douchebaggery that can so often accompany it. A real pleasure to listen to every episode and pushes me out of my comfort zone to watch new films and appreciate more about cinema. Even films I have hated in the past have been revealed to me in a new light because of this show

Episodes span franchise scrutiny, social critique, and personal anecdotes, with a knack for unpacking subtexts (from Mormon culture to purity themes) and production nitpicks, all while maintaining a warm, bantering vibe. The format's consistency—weekly, candid, and insightful—will likely appeal to film fans who want relatable hosts, nerdy analysis, and a human-centered lens on cinema.
Notable strengths include strong host chemistry, accessible yet sharp commentary, and a willingness to tackle sensitive topics through film. The show frequently pairs deep dives with light-heart... more
