Q: What was the scale of the project and how many people were involved?
The project has been running for about two and a half years with roughly 60–70 people from E.ON and external partners involved, making it a large, complex program with many stakeholders and cross-functional roles.

Q: Can you explain what is there to standardize and harmonize and why is there a consultant needed?
Nora explains that nine DSOs each have their own grid-connection processes; standardizing across them reduces inefficiencies and enables a smoother, more customer-focused implementation, with external support guiding the standardization and digitization efforts.
