Ken Wilber - Why No One Is Smart Enough to Be Wrong 100% of the Time
Q: Would you say Finding Radical Wholeness is your favorite book, or the one you'd leave behind if you could keep just one?
Finding Radical Wholeness is the best and arguably the most important of my writings, though Grace & Grit remains profoundly personal and influential.
Ken Wilber - Why No One Is Smart Enough to Be Wrong 100% of the Time
Q: If somebody already has a general understanding of integral theory but wants to go deeper, what book would you point to?
Finding Radical Wholeness again, as it encapsulates the core ideas and provides a deeper path into the five types of wholeness.
Ken Wilber - Why No One Is Smart Enough to Be Wrong 100% of the Time
Q: If you were to recommend one of your books as an introduction to your work for someone completely new, which book would it be?
Finding Radical Wholeness is the best entry point and serves as a concise, comprehensive summary of the integral view, making it ideal for newcomers.
De-Armoring with Reichian Breathwork | The Therapy of Wilhelm Reich | Lydia Becker
Q: How does the group aspect influence the work, and what happens when people stop breathing and shift to other activities?
Group work allows energy to cascade and themes to unfold over time; breathing sessions may be interspersed with movement, circles, or individual sessions, creating a safe space where the group supports individual release and healing over extended periods.
De-Armoring with Reichian Breathwork | The Therapy of Wilhelm Reich | Lydia Becker
Q: What role do emotions play in Skan, and how central are they to the work?
Emotions are not the endpoint; the focus is on moving energy through the body so stored patterns release, with emotions arising organically as the energy flows, and content coming up as a byproduct of the body's release rather than as the primary aim.
