Loved Elementary the first few times I watched it and love reliving the episodes here. I’m shocked there aren’t more reviews/listeners, as this is a great, entertaining podcast. Keep them coming!
Like Joan and Sherlock, these two hosts have great chemistry. It’s also nice to have longer, deep dive episodes that you can just sink into. I love it!
Elementary is a fantastic show, and Allison and George provide hilarious and insightful commentary for each episode! I can’t wait for their coverage of future seasons. 🥰💙
I am an ENORMOUS Sherlockian nerd and I always loved Elementary. BBC Sherlock went round the bend after season 2 and elementary was solid through its whole run. Looking muchly much forward to hearing your impressions throughout. Keep it up (and please can I be a future guest pnr show pleeeeeeeease)??? :)
Happy to find this podcast because nobody I know was ever a fan of Elementary…
Love this, found the elementary show and now bingeing and listening along to this
Never watched Elementary before listening to this show but the hosts sold me on it. Also love Sherlock so was curious. This podcast is a way to extend the enjoyment you get as a viewer (the same way when you read a great book, all you want to do is talk about it). Alison and George not only break down the episodes, question plot points and analyse characters, but refer to pop culture, social issues and word events that clearly inspired the writers at the time the show aired. The hosts have great... more
Whether you’re a fan of Elementary, The Sherlock lore and all its children, or just interested in picking apart story and character this show pulls you in and it feels like you’re hanging out with the hosts. Exactly what a good podcast is supposed to be.
I’ve actually listened to one of these casters on another cast and I enjoyed their sense of humor and the breakdown of that show. I am also a big fan of Sherlock shows and stories and while Elementary is a show I didn’t get to catch up with nearly as often as I wanted it’s still a take on Sherlock. That’s how I found this show.
If you enjoyed Elementary and want to relive the moments and plots of each episode with more in depth looks at character motivation and action. Then Allison and George ... more
