  • She backs up the word of wisdom with science

She uses science to explain the inspiration behind the word of wisdom and how it makes sense!

And she’s willing to have those conversations that most LDS aren’t willing to have when it comes to the word of wisdom! I really appreciate her insight!

  • Just what I needed!

Plant based eating and the Word of Wisdom has been on my heart for a few years now, but every time I started I would get overwhelmed and fall off the wagon! Ali’s low and slow approach is just what I needed! I also love the recipe on her blog and YouTube channel! Everyone has been a hit with the family so far! I look forward to her weekly episodes! It’s just what I need to give me that boost of motivation to keep going when I get discouraged!
