    Although this podcast speaks to Equestrian and pet owners, the Feldenkrais method that Mary teaches and refers to benefits all people. She is right, when you have easier movement, you have a happier life. She also approaches life with curiosity and an openness that if you emulate, you will have a more fulfilled and beautiful life.
