Ear and Loathing is BY FAR my favorite podcast! The Gitmo Bros have me in stitches every episode. They have the best worst taste in torture songs and the best best taste in their Sorbets. I have a Sorbet playlist on my Spotify account.
This podcast was recommended by another podcast I listen to and I was very excited about the premise. So I started from episode 1 and made it through a few episodes. I love the torture chamber and the sorbet segments. I just think the total duration of the show is a bit long. I made it through episodes that are around 90 minutes. Now the later episodes are 2 hours and I just can’t fit this into my regular podcast rotation. Will definitely listen again if the episode length is cut in half. Thanks... more
My aunt Cath recommended this show to me. She actually loves the songs they hate. I’m in it for the Sorbets, which are usually lovely little under-recognized gems of songs. Plus, that George sounds so foxy.
yeeeeeaaahhhh the gitmo boys!! yeeeeeaaahhh
Love the banter. Love the terrible songs and their takes on them. It’s fun, frivolous and fantastic.
