I feel like I always end these episodes with good nuggets of knowledge to put into my toolbox. Also, I just love how straightforward Danny is with his information and how relevant it is to the current information, or “misinformation”, that society is pushing out through social media. Danny is not just a good myth buster, but he has the research/knowledge to back it up.
This was titled alcohol and fitness but it’s like almost over and I haven’t heard much about that yet. Maybe I missed it

Hi, just listen to the episode aired on February 21 and it was probably the funniest episode. I have heard on any podcast ever. Dr. Mike really just broke it down for women with their Silly fears of that minimal fat gain 3 pounds!!! Lol) in order to achieve their physique goals and get muscle growth.
