Really wonderful and exciting show
This is not a dramatic retelling of an actual story. It’s a weird hybrid of a few acts plus a lot of fantasy and over-the-top drama. Wil Wheaton is given a particularly unfortunate role as Gary Gygax. If you are in the mood for something a bit silly with good production values, then you’ll probably enjoy this. If you wanted to know something about the actual story, look elsewhere.
