I often get anxious listening to a podcast before bed as I worry about random sounds and interruptions but with this podcast I’m always calm and down to sleep very fast.
The narrator is so lovely, and the lit choices perfect, but the outrageously loud ads at the end are so alarming that I couldn’t risk another listen. I happily (and very gratefully!) subscribe to several “sleepy” podcasts after giving them a trial run, but the terrifyingly-placed ads here definitely scared me off.
I’ve listened to most of the sleepy time podcast and DTS is def the best…I just wish there were regular uploads.
This is a really good podcast, his voice is so great and keeps one tone the whole time which is awesome for going to sleep, when he reads books and changes to a deeper or higher tone for the voice of a character it just makes all the difference even though it is really subtle. My favourite ones are the full audiobooks because thoughts are longer and I don’t fall asleep very fast.

I know MadMorph from his YouTube channel but only started listening to his free book readings on his podcast and man… it’s the best thing to listen to! Whether you are trying to fall asleep or you’re working on an embroidery or knitting project, this is the best company! I feel I’m staying away from doom scrolling because of his soothing voice! Thank you so much for the free readings!! 🙏🏼💕

Softly spoken readings aimed at helping listeners drift to sleep, with a heavy emphasis on classic literature, fairy tales, and cozy narratives read in a calming, bedtime-friendly cadence. Episodes span from Austen and Dickens to fairy tales and gothic classics, often pairing long-form readings with optional Patreon access for the full audiobook library. A standout is the host's soothing, narrative voice that many listeners praise for helping with insomnia or stress relief, making it a strong fit for audiences seeking relaxation through literature. A notable edge is the mix of public-domain classics and longer audiobooks, plus active Patreon community engagement and a consistent, soothing delivery style that differentiates it from more dyna... more
