Unfortunately geared towards people with children which excludes me. Wanted to love it.
I am a clinical counsellor specializing in women’s trauma and I just get get enough of this podcast (truly, I’ve gone back and listened to every episode). Laura is knowledgeable, funny and fearless. She has a way of making life changing topics engaging and entertaining. I can’t wait for a new season!

I listen to so many intuitive eating podcasts and love them but Laura’s is just extra special. She has a lot of heart and covers such a wide range of topics. I’ve listened to countless episodes and have gotten something out of all of them. This podcast has been a really helpful companion on my intuitive eating journey that I started a year ago. Thank you, Laura!! You and your work are so needed and you’re helping more than you know!
