  • Love this podcast

Great selection of filmmaker and questions. I really loved the Faya Dayi episode and listening to many episodes since. The questions are very good and conversation insightful. even if i haven't yet seen the film, I still get something out of hearing about the process. It’s introduced new films and new filmmakers to me. And even though they cover art driven films, the tone is friendly and welcoming. Not cold and elitist.

  • Amazing!!

Very educational. It really takes documentary and makes it more interpersonal and I feel like I’m in conversation with the filmmaker. Every topic and every documentary is so intricate and different but it also speaks to the universality of art and the creative. Also love how the questions are asked and the way they are tailored to the nature of each episode!! Amazing work!! Can’t wait to see what else will be published 😊😊😊
