- Excellent first season, season two (so far) WTF
First season was creepy and well paced as the mystery kept building. Season two through three episodes is the Alex and Reese Podcast Hour (with a small, small side of mystery), seriously who’s idea was it to turn the show into these two going on minutes long monologues about their feelings? Even stopping the recordings for no real reason so they can then go on for at least another 5 minutes about how they are feeling. What. The. Hell.

This is a fun and often creepy story, with good production and writing. The acting, however, is uneven. Some of the actors are compelling, including the narrator. Others over-act, changing the tone of the show significantly (some of the characters sound like they’re out of a high school theatre club). It’s worth listening to if you can accept this unevenness.
