  • Shocking entitlement!

    A tale of mind boggling entitlement, hubris and lack of self awareness. I feel sorry for the poor family they hounded due to their lack of proper research. And I found the cultural appropriation at the end an uncomfortable listen. I did quite enjoy the unfolding of the truth, but this could have been told in one episode, no need to pad it out so much.

    A thin story with far too much padding and repetition — this should really just have been a one-off documentary, if that.

    It’s also beyond me why they’re all so obsessed with tracking down a man who was little more than a sperm donor and who had no interest in his biological son. We have a similar story in my family, but my grandfather sensibly always felt he had no interest in tracing his biological ‘father’ as he rightly considered the man who brought him up and loved him to be his father, ... more
