This podcast came along at just right the right time. It has gotten tough to find solid skincare/beauty podcasts as so many have ceased to release, except a few solid OG’s. The combo of a board certified dermatologist and a cosmetic chemist is brilliant. Mix in great personalities and some fun banter and you’ve got yourself a hit. If you love evidence based skin care, product reviews, & beauty insider news, you will love this.
I’ve always loved Dr Angelo and trust his advice on skin care and makeup reviews (that he uses himself not actual makeup reviews like makeup influencers) so I was thrilled when I discovered he had a podcast now. This far every episode has been a favorite that I’ve actually listened to more than once. And give Ramon his flowers. I love him too and think they make a great pair of seem and chemist! Please don’t stop putting out episodes bc I look forward to the new episode each week. Respect and tr... more
So happy I found this! It’s educational but easy to digest and fun to listen to! Lots of gems are dropped for the regular skincare user and the skincare pro.
Informative, non judgmental, and straight to the point. Love you both!
I love Dr. Angelo so much but can’t stand Instagram anymore, even for him. Love this show, translates so well! Listen while doing something nice for yourself!!

This show centers on skincare, beauty culture, and the broader zeitgeist surrounding personal care, often through a clinical lens and with playful banter. Episodes frequently tackle trends in looksmaxing, celebrity and influencer brands, the economics of beauty products, and the misinformation landscape shaping consumer choices. A recurring thread is the tension between expert knowledge and online hype, with practical commentary on formulations, pricing, and responsible communication in the space.
