We can "warn" folks like me all we want about using the waterways ongoing. But what will be the impact on the bald eagle, osprey, etc. and other wildlife that reside there or migrate thru?

Could you explain more about the purpose of pretending they might sell off land? It’s extremely unpopular here in Idaho (and everywhere as you’ve said).
