The DLSD crew explores an eclectic and eccentric collection of dive bars, historic taverns, and interesting drinking establishments in the greater Seattle, WA area. We've set out to document those bars that have a seedy backstory and interesting history behind them. But we’re not just talking about these taverns in the quiet confines of some home studio somewhere. No, we actually haunt these aweso... more

Cool concept and these guys visit some awesome bars. They could stand to structure it a little more so they aren’t always interrupting the person telling the story. More research and background of these bars and neighborhoods would be cool too. The hosts don’t strike me as the dive bar type. They get really excited about microbrew. I think they’d make an excellent podcast about breweries. No so much for dive bars.
Super interesting concept, but the inconsistent audio levels make this almost unlistenable.
This podcast would be SO much better if the podcasters would stop interrupting Brad every time he’s giving the history of the space, and if they didn’t use some of the worst audio equipment to record episodes!
Really interesting history!
This is a blast to listen to if you are a local Seattleite or even not.
