What a beautiful phrase to address right at the end. I so appreciate your transparency, growth and ultimately food freedom and joy that has evolved throughout the many episodes and life seasons of this podcast! Thank you for being the best friend that we all need in the kitchen with us as we love our family well!! Staci and Meghan, thank you so very much for the incredible and inspiring work that you share on this platform!!

I can count on learning something new or walking away with a great idea to implement in my own kitchen. They are knowledgeable, inspiring, and very approachable. THIS is... more
