Guidelines mostly focused on which home medicines to stop or hold and which to continue, with a consensus that switching people to basal bolus insulin was very consistent across guidelines.

Q: What is out there for guiding care in hospitalized patients on total parenteral nutrition (TPN) or enteral nutrition (TEN)?
