Starting originally as a conversation on steam oven and combi oven cooking, Demystified has evolved into a broad conversation about cooking at home. Hosts Paul and Linda still love talking steam oven cooking so some episodes are on specific topics while others are weekly catchups of what has happened in the Demystified kitchen. Cheers
