I don’t want to read to sleep by robots. Use of AI narration is acknowledged in episode notes. Why aren’t more people outraged about AI narration in sleep podcasts?
The stories are great, very effective, exactly what i need to fall asleep. The background sounds ruin it for me, however. The tones are headache triggering. Not everyone can tolerate those tones.
Genuinely helps me wind down at night. The narration is calm and the stories are easy to drift off too. This podcast has turned into a nightly ritual whenever my minds racing and I can’t sleep
If you came in search of relaxation, you came to the right place!
Very calming and help relax the mind at night.
I’ve been listening to sleep stories for YEARS. I’ve had subscriptions to apps and other podcasts, but this one is the best I’ve found. The stories are relaxing, but not boring. They also have a lot of variety in their story topics, so you won’t have to listen to the same story over and over again.
