I enjoy this podcast because there’s a variety of guests and it presents researched topics.
I am big fan of this podcast. It touches on an epidemic that continues to grow primarily because we fail to understand the multitude of reasons that contribute to obesity. Always learn from Dr. Sabharwal and his guest speakers.
Great podcast and non-biased presentation. There are so many approaches and ideas about obesity and it’s treatment that it can be dicey territory. Appreciate that varying viewpoints are discussed here with an open mind.
Great one
The doctor makes understanding the scientific literature very approachable but is also sure to temper expectations. No hyping “miracle cures” here and that is very refreshing
