    Awesome podcast. I am still in the early years of my whisky journey so all the great background/historical information that Sarah and Kurt provide has been invaluable. Love that the episode are getting longer. One point of clarification in regards to the Canadian whisky 9.09% rule. While you can add colour (like Scotch) and some flavourings the 9.09% only applies to a spirit or wine that has been aged for a minimum of 2 years (not 9% colour, flavours). So you can blend in a straight whiskey or s... more

  • An incredible dive into whiskey history

    This podcast is awesome! I’ve worked in the distilling industry for pretty much my entire life, so I’m very in tune with current events and market trends.

    But what about everything before that? What led to all of this? How did we get to where we are now?

    This podcast takes deep dives into the history of distilling and connects the dots to the modern day. All while keeping things upbeat and exciting.
