Awesome podcast. I am still in the early years of my whisky journey so all the great background/historical information that Sarah and Kurt provide has been invaluable. Love that the episode are getting longer. One point of clarification in regards to the Canadian whisky 9.09% rule. While you can add colour (like Scotch) and some flavourings the 9.09% only applies to a spirit or wine that has been aged for a minimum of 2 years (not 9% colour, flavours).
