I am so grateful that this podcast exists. I need help but I didn’t know where to start. Renee and Ed have a lot of great insight and their stories and examples are really helpful. I’ve been aware of my problem and I know what I want to work on but I didn’t know where to start. I always beat myself up when I realize I did it again - I reacted the same way I always do and it makes me feel terrible after the fact.
