  • Great insight into a past era

Dean brings a wealth of musical history and knowledge from an era that can easily be overlooked and generalized. But he was there and brings on the guests that all were a part of making the metal scene what it was. His insights into all things comedy, art and fashion is great as well. Always look forward to a new episode no matter the topic or the guest, you will always get something good out of each episode.

  • Awesome

Man, what can I say. Listening to Dean is like talking with that friend you’ve known since the 3rd grade. You never know what tangent he’ll go on or what topic will pop up. Then remembers going back to my house and listening to Purple Rain on cassette for 3 hours while we played Atari. Knowledgeable, familiar, passionate, funny, quirk... more
