去年12月，我回国的时候结实了颂钵疗愈师小白老师。因为去年9月我在巴厘岛旅行时接触过一次颂钵疗愈，之后一直想深入了解，所以就和小白老师约了这期录制。

现在的情况是，我们中有三个成员已经回国，其中一个在新加坡，两个在中国。我们有时候会网络连线录节目。最近更新频率不太稳定的原因，一方面是我们之间有很大的时差，找时间聚在一起录节目变得更加不容易；另一方面是在难得的线上聊天时间里，我们一聊天就刹不住闸，聊得太多太杂，剪辑很难下手�。
