Thank you.
Grateful for this podcast sharing light on BPD, as a person who has gone through DBT this podcast is a great reminder of the skills I learned in the program. Would love to collaborate with this podcast.
Recently diagnosed with things as an adult and tackling DBT as best I can. I struggle with focusing on the page, and reading a psych book like trigonometry with emotions. Having someone calmly but not robotically read to me is so helpful. I can skim the pages a few times, then listen to this, then go back and read again and it’s more solid. Thank you for creating this ♥️
