    Chris has done a good job jumping into everything that goes into paddling and paddle racing. He covers everything from ground crews, actual racing/races, sleep strategy, training, boat construction, nutrition and on. Chris also ask great questions and guides the episodes smoothly. He currently also is the most consistent at releasing new episodes with an array of guests.
