As someone who kayaked for the first time a few months ago, this podcast makes me want to do it all! Very inspiring podcast & I love hearing all the stories!
Chris has done a good job jumping into everything that goes into paddling and paddle racing. He covers everything from ground crews, actual racing/races, sleep strategy, training, boat construction, nutrition and on. Chris also ask great questions and guides the episodes smoothly. He currently also is the most consistent at releasing new episodes with an array of guests.
This is a great avenue to learn more about paddling and the world of ultra endurance sports. Chris is a podcast natural!
