Ich finde die Gesprächsführung sehr unangenehm und überheblich. Einfühlsamkeit geht anders. So wirkt das nicht nachhaltig, das kratzt an der Oberfläche. Nicht mein Ding.

.. sich anzuhören, wie die Menschen in den Coachings klein gemacht werden. Nur Dana hat Recht und kennt den Weg, steht über allen und irrt sich im Gespräch nie. Bei allem Verständnis für neue Ansätze - wenn etwas gezielt Schmerz und Scham auslösen soll und die Coachin (für mein Empfinden) alles andere als Empathie für ihre Gesprächspartnerinnen hat, kann ich mir das nicht heilsam vorstellen.

Ich fand Dana‘s Podcast früher sehr inspirierend. Leider fällt mir immer mehr auf, wie herablassend Dana ist. Besonders beim Tea-Talk belehrt und „coacht“ sie ihre Gesprächspartner. Das sind keine Gespräche auf Augenhöhe. Dana stellt sich über andere Menschen.

Inzwischen labert sie in jeder Folge eigentlich nur über ihr Business und welche Kurse man noch alle machen muss, um endlich - wie sie - zur Erleuchtung zu kommen. Ich mag die one on one Folgen, aber sie sind viel zu selten. Inzwischen will ich fast jede Folge sofort ausschalten. Es ist einfach nur Gelaber, um Geld zu verdienen.
