Ich bin zufällig drauf gestoßen und liebe die Art wie Kathy spricht: liebevoll, aber vor allem ehrlich. Man wird auf seine „Fehler“ hingewiesen ohne es Fehler zu nennen. Es hilft!!!

Ich habe diese show erst vor ein paar Tagen entdeckt und sehr hilfreiche Folgen gehört. Die Folge zur Trennung fand ich schwer zu greifen und wollte für dich Kathy und für die Allgemeinheit ein Augenmerk darauf legen, dass ich den Eindruck gewonnen habe, dass die Beziehung als Ursache von Problemen gewertet wurde, was sein kann. Liebe Kathy, dein Podcast ist so wertvoll für uns!
Kürzlich ist eine Betreuerin unseres Sohnes (20 Monate) an uns herangetreten, weil er plötzlich richtig träge bei ihnen war, obwohl er sonst so aktiv ist. Laute Geräusche (Bagger, Flugzeug, …) haben ihn zum Weinen gebracht, obwohl er sie sonst so faszinierend findet. Daheim war alles wie immer und ich erstmal ratlos. Dann ist mir eine Lampe angegangen: Er braucht mehr Verbindung, ohne dass ich anwesend bin! 🥰

Nach dem Hören der Mobbingfolge kann ich hier jetzt nicht mehr weiter mitmachen. ich hatte schon öfter meine Probleme mit dem Konzept (zB in der Spielplatzfolge), bin aber drangeblieben weil ich die Idee grundsätzlich gut finde.
Jetzt aber weiß ich nicht wann Frau Weber meint, dass Jugendliche lernen sollen dass Handeln auch Konsequenzen hat.
Du kannst doch nicht auch bei erwachsenen Straftätern noch keine Schuld zuweisen und nach unerfüllten Bedürfnissen fragen, also bitte wann sollen Jugen... more
