Interesting stuff, although I would have serious reservations about some of the ideas, such as implants that recieve signals and convey them directly into the nervous system. Hackers would have a field day. Imagine advertizers implanting "Drink Cyber-Cola" into your brain. If they could, don't think they wouldn't. In fact, they've tried.
