  • Excellent science based health & fitness

A super intelligent and relatable source of health and fitness information grounded in science. I’ve listened to each one several times and sent to friends/family. It’s such a great antidote to the extremes of info around eating and the body — the info resonates. Hope for longer episodes. This should go viral

The TRUTH About Processed Foods | Is Lead in Your Protein Powder & The One Habit You Should Be Doing
Q: What is the single most important habit that you would recommend as a dietician?
The key habit is nightly projections: taking three minutes at night to write tomorrow's schedule, anchor meals, and plan around when and where you'll eat, so you reduce decision fatigue and support long-term health goals.
Why Seasonal Eating Feels "Wrong," Gaps in Nutrition Care, and Long-Term Eating Disorder Recovery
Q: What are the biggest gaps in care currently impacting ED recovery?
Insurance coverage and access to higher levels of care (residential, PHP, IOP) are major barriers, leading to patients being discharged to level of care that isn't appropriate for their clinical status.
Why Seasonal Eating Feels "Wrong," Gaps in Nutrition Care, and Long-Term Eating Disorder Recovery
Q: How long should someone expect to be in treatment for an eating disorder, and when is it appropriate to say they're 'done'?
There isn't a one-size-fits-all timeline; recovery varies widely, and progress should be measured by ongoing improvements and coping rather than a fixed endpoint.
The Truth About Social Media Comparison, Weight Loss During Perimenopause, and Our Big Announcement
Q: Perimenopause, what happens internally and how does it impact weight loss?
The host asks for a clear explanation of the internal hormonal shifts during perimenopause and how those shifts influence calorie needs, muscle mass, and fat distribution, followed by practical lifestyle strategies to mitigate the effects on weight management.
Ryan Malone Left the NHL and Created a Wellness Mission That's Changing Lives
